Every great relationship starts with getting to know each other. We'll take the time to learn about you and your new home dreams and introduce ourselves and our process.

You’ll come to our design gallery to meet more of our team, and together we’ll develop a more in-depth understanding of your style and your dreams for your new home.

We provide a concept budget to help you plan. If needed, we can offer referrals and other support in your search for a trusted financial partner.

You may already have the land for your new home, but if you don't, we can help ensure the site you choose matches your desires for your home and your lifestyle.

We officially begin our partnership. You commit to us, and in turn, we dedicate our estimating and design professionals and construction schedule to your project.

Our in-house team designs a home that is uniquely yours. If you already have your plans, we can work with those as well. We’ll walk you through selections for every element of your home, from exterior colors and materials to flooring, faucets and more.

Throughout the design process, we review your budget to ensure we’re on track. Our Bronze, Silver, Gold method empowers you to make informed decisions about how your budget is allocated. We also work with our partners to establish expectations for construction.

Once site costs and allowances are determined, and design and selections are complete, we can finalize pricing and sign an agreement to begin construction.

Our master home builders will get to work, keeping you up-to-date every step of the way.

We will familiarize you with the details of your Brio Design Home, handing you the keys to your new lifestyle.
