You’ll come to Brio Design Homes’s Design Center to meet more of our team, and together we’ll develop a more in-depth understanding of your dreams for your new home and neighborhood.

Brio Design Homes and Belle Farm will ensure your lot matches your desires. Whether you choose a Predesigned Home Lot or Custom Lot, Brio Design Homes will work to develop a concept plan and budget within Belle Farm’s timelines that will equip you to secure financing.

We officially begin our partnership. You commit to us, and in turn, we dedicate our estimating and design professionals, and construction schedule, to your project.

Our in-house team designs a home that is uniquely yours. We’ll walk you through selections for every element of your home, from exterior colors and materials to flooring, faucets and more.

Throughout the design process, we review your budget to ensure we’re on track. Our process empowers you to make informed decisions about how your budget is allocated – what’s good, better and best for you. We also work with our partners to establish expectations for construction.

Once site costs and allowances are determined, and design and selections are complete, we will finalize pricing and sign an agreement to begin construction within Belle Farm’s timelines.

Our master home builders will get to work, keeping you up to date every step of the way.
